The BP-C533WD A4 colour MFP is a secure print solution for the future workplace. It delivers effortless connectivity, security and sustainability whilst offering superior functionality to facilitate hybrid working. The built-in Microsoft® Teams connector strengthens teamwork and collaboration by providing direct and secure access for printing to or scanning from Microsoft® Teams channels, all from the MFP. With single sign-on, users can seamlessly connect their mobile devices via WiFi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code to enterprise workflows and print capabilities – from wherever they are working.

To speed up visitor sign-in, OVM can automatically send emails to guests for them to pre-register, along with contact details of their host and related local information. Once registered, sign-in is fast – visitors can sign themselves in quickly by scanning a QR code at the kiosk with their smartphone. Similarly, for returning visitors, the sign-in process is even quicker, OVM remembers their name, and who they visited last time, so sign-in is hassle free.
