With every call out repair completed, our manufacturer trained engineers will also carry out preventative maintenance service, noting all parts, consumables or areas of the machine that may require attention in the future. This information can help you to build a reliable machine service history to assist with the on-going maintenance of your printer/photocopier device.

Our call out/ labour charges are:

  • Photocopiers/MFD’s Only £80.00 + VAT
  • Laser Printers Only £70.00 + VAT

  • Inkjet Printers – Due to the diminishing price of many inkjet printers, it is rarely cost effective to request a repair. The best option would be to buy a new printer to save you time and money.
